The Contact form sends your enquiry to XMindWorks through Formspree.
Information you submit
The form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. Phone or mobile number, organization or affiliation, job title or position, and area of interest are optional. It also records your consent choice and uses a hidden anti-spam field.
Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential information in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit to understand your enquiry and respond to you.
The published contact address is hello@xmindworks.com. An on-screen acceptance message confirms Formspree received the submission, not that an email has arrived in the inbox.
Formspree and email
Your submission goes to Formspree, which processes the form and forwards notifications to the configured XMindWorks inbox. Formspree may apply spam controls and retain submissions under the account settings and its own privacy terms.
This site does not ask you to create an account or upload files through the Contact form.

We do not state a specific retention period here because it depends on the Formspree account configuration and applicable obligations.
